I've fallen

Seems like at least twice a year I take a nice tumble onto the pavement. And for some reason, the last 3 years I've fallen during the last week of July.  Remember this beauty? (see Aug. 9, 2006 post)

Yeah, well, I did it again. Not badly, but equally ungracefully.  I'm pissed off and embarrassed.

Does anyone else out there have falling problems?

Yeah, I fall too. I think it's the weight of our brains, growing heavier with wisdom as we age. I prefer to fall in summertime, when the bruises can be most visible. Heal up!

I fell down at work yesterday. Hurt like a bitch. My foot's a little purple. I tried to get workers compensation, stating that my foot hurt and it was a work related accident. See, im my attempt to keep up with the appearance we at Payless try to uphold, of being as fashion forward as possible, I managed to get one foot stuck in the opposite leg of a pair of wide legged dress pants I was wearing. I looked awesome, until I fell down and my manager started laughing at me (after, of course, she made sure I had not died).

I fall down about once a year too, so I feel you. No more pictures though. That's not a good color for you
